Brian Smith, from Cedar Cash Home Buyers, is an INCREDIBLE, BRILLIANT, REAL ESTATE WISE, young man with a TRUE HEART and, he instantly worked with me to buy my house within less than 9 days from the day I called him! He raced over to meet me that afternoon and he did a professional walk-through inspecting my house, asking me all the related & necessary questions, as well as the dates that I last installed equipment, appliances, A/Cs, and when I replaced the roof, any flooring &/or lighting; he went through all of the square footage going into the attic, all closets, all rooms, and checked all air conditioners, heaters, fire place, electrical outlets, lighting, thermostats, faucets, plumbing in the kitchen & bathrooms, and inspected windows & doors, walls, and all flooring. On his website, you see that you have no closing costs, expenses, etc. AND HE HONORED WHAT HE ADVERTISES… He was kind, and he listened to me, and kept his purchase price from Day 1 & never tried to lower his offer after I told him what I wanted to sell it for & we, initially, negotiated. He, quickly, got his Title company to call me and I answered all questions and gave my personal information and the Title Company got everything ready (Deed & Title) for the sale. His closing law firm adjusted their schedules for the closing right after the Title & Deed was cleared, even though they are a large law firm with lots of clients and lots of cases. Everything was “done & dusted,” and he made the sale the easiest real estate sale I’ve ever seen; I didn’t have to wait, I had no anxiety – everything centered around me and my property!!! Brian is soooo kind and is EVERYTHING THAT AN AMERICAN VETERAN is supposed to be. He’s my HERO forever; if I ever sell anymore properties, I am going through Brian because it helps him, too!
